Bentley established the facility in 2000 and has been focusing on the needs of his patients ever since. Dr. Bentley is a Middletown native, and is an experienced Doctor of Chiropractic and continues to keep up-to-date on the changes and advancements in the chiropractic field.

Our Staff of Chiropractic Assistants are well trained in office procedures, patient care and insurance. They are highly qualified to answer any questions you may have.
